| Any Member
of the Association either an Associate or a
Fellowship engaged in Public Practice in his or
her country who undertakes the duties of an
auditors or an accountant may be subject to the
conditions of the Association's Bye-Laws and at
the discretion of the Council be issued annually
" Practice Certificate " subject to the
subscription paid up to date. No Members are
permitted use the Association's designatory
letters in Public Practice without holding a
current Practising Certificate. No Practising Certificate will be issued
or renewed of the Member without the evidence of
the validation of the Indemnity Insurance Policy
in force in his or her country.
